Gilroy Scouting America

Gilroy's only Scouting America Cub Scout Pack was formed over 50 years ago.  They are an active group of boys and girls and their families working together on advancement, community service, and fun.  They meet as a Pack monthly, typically on a Friday. The Den's meet, as needed, a few times a month to work on advancements and have fun.  Additionally, there are hike, bike ride, community service, and annual Pack family camp out.  We encourage boys and girls kindergarten through 5th grade (age 5-10) with their families to come meet the Scouts and check out one of our meetings.

Gilroy's largest boy's Scouting America Troop was formed over 50 years ago.  They are an active group of boys working together on advancement, leadership, community service, and fun.  They meet most weeks on Tuesdays' and then through out the month for other activities like hiking, backpacking, kayaking, biking, and community service.  Additionally, they partner with Gilroy's Girl Troop 2792.  We encourage boys 6th grade through 12th grade (age 11-18) to come meet the Scouts and check out one of our meetings.

Gilroy's first and only girl Scouting America Troop was formed in 2024.  They are an active group of girls working  together on advancement, leadership, community service, and fun.  They meet most weeks on Tuesdays' and then through out the month for other activities. Additionally, they partner with Gilroy's Boy Troop 792.  We encourage girls 6th grade through 12th grade (age 11-18) to come meet the Scouts and check out one of our meetings.
